Founded in Matapalo by Cassandra Leigh in 2017, the company began as a small kitchen project aimed at helping a friend with digestive health issues. Using fresh fruit and traditional brewing methods, Cassandra handcrafted kombucha focused on quality and well-being. As demand grew across Costa Rica, the business expanded into the largest craft kombucha brewery in Guanacaste. Despite its growth, the company remains family-owned and committed to handcrafting kombucha with natural ingredients, staying true to its original values of quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship.
